AI as extended attention, not as a substitute for judgement

When a client hears "AI", they usually think of auto-generated copy. That's the most boring part of the puzzle.

Useful AI begins elsewhere: in observation. Tracking thousands of public voices in real time. Detecting narrative shifts before they become trends. A map of which arguments audiences adopt and which they reject.

AI doesn't replace judgement. It extends attention. Judgement stays human, which is exactly why it must be informed better.
